To ensure the most relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you wish to enjoy our relaxation area, including the Infinity Pool, Hot Pool, Chill Pool, Thermal Suite, and sun decks please allow yourself one hour before your scheduled appointment. For early appointments, our Spa opens at 8:45 am - you are welcome to enjoy these facilities after your treatment. Please remember to bring swimwear should you wish to use these amenities.

2. Cancellations & Changes
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or changes.
Cancellations, changes, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service.
3. Late Arrivals
Out of respect for other guests, treatment times will not be extended in the event of a late arrival.
4. Service Charges & Taxes
All treatments are subject to a 15% service charge and 13% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
